Drawing 101
Learn how to draw what you see instead of what you think you see. In this class we will practice using values to bring our artwork to life. We will learn artist tips and tricks to make more realistic black and white drawings of anything we see.
Students will learn how to draw and understand proportions and how to build up form with light and shadows.
Class is three sessions. ** There is a 2-student minimum for this class. We reserve the right to try to reschedule registrants if only 1 student is signed up.
Materials need to bring: sketchbook if desired. Available with a discount if purchased at You're So Crafty.
Materials provided: sketch paper, drawing paper, graphite pencils, vine charcoal, eraser, kneaded eraser, fine tip markers, still life objects.

Instructor Bio: | Brianna is an art teacher with a passion for the arts, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Art Education with an Emphasis in Fine Arts. While she enjoys exploring a variety of artistic mediums, she always finds herself returning to her true loves—drawing and painting. Through her teaching, she aims to inspire creativity in her students, helping them explore their own artistic voices. |
