Knitting 101

Is knitting new to you or do you need a refresher? Join us for Knitting 101! You will learn to cast on, knit, purl and bind off. With these skills, you can tackle the world! We'll provide practice yarn and needles. New Yarn and needles are available for purchase at You're So Crafty with 10% off purchase after registration for class.

Weaving 101

Learn to weave on a 16" Rigid Heddle Loom. Students will learn how to warp the loom and create two cotton spa cloths Beginning weaving is a two-session class with four hours of instruction. Learn the basics of weaving and create a small project. Class is $150 plus yarn (which is discounted during class and which will be discussed at the first class). The class fee includes $50 loom rental. Cost of loom rental can be applied toward cost of loom at end of class.

Shibori Workship with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint

Join us for a creative, hands-on workshop where we’ll explore the beauty of Shibori using Annie Sloan Chalk Paint. In this class, you’ll learn how to mimic traditional Japanese Shibori techniques—like folding, binding, and clamping—using paint to create stunning, one-of-a-kind textile patterns. We have a 2-student minimum for this class.
