We are now offering a monthly workshop just for kids ages 7 - 12. Join the fun on the 3rd Saturday of each month for a new project. Projects will vary and explore all art mediums from clay, painting, weaving, mixed media and more.

Learn to make unique, one of a kind baskets out of fiber. Students will learn Native American techniques to create a modern piece of functional art. Bring your favorite yarns for design and a size H or J crochet hook, which can be purchased from the studio.

For absolute beginners. Learn how to make a slip knot, a chain and the single crochet. First lesson is a double-sided potholder. The second session will introduce double crochet and increases as you connect the two sides with a border.

Learn the basics of sculpting with wool while making some cute cacti. These cacti are easy and fun to make and require no water! Class includes fiber for several sculptures, the pots and gravel.

Kids 6 to 8 are invited to the 2019 Summer Camp at You're So Crafty. Each morning will feature 2 to 4 projects in a variety of media. Projects will include pottery, clay, glass, canvas, mixed media, mosaics and more, along with Art Journaling.

Kids 9 to 11 are invited to the 2019 Summer Camp at You're So Crafty. Each afternoon will feature 2 to 4 projects in a variety of media. Projects will include pottery, clay, glass, canvas, mixed media, mosaics and more, along with Art Journaling.

First class is for student to become familiar with the sewing machine. Swatches are distributed for the students to learn sewing straight, using zig zag stitch, reverse stitching and keeping seams even. Then precut project materials are distributed for a calico squares pillow with top stitched rick rack and short course on hand stitching to close out pillow. Button is applied to pillow to help show the student how a button is sewn by hand. 2nd class is a patterned pillowcase with complimentary edging sewn with french seams. Students will use small iron to press seams. Ironing pad used to cover table. 3rd class is pajama capris with elastic waist and lace leg edgings which teaches pattern layout, cutting, measuring, inserting elastic, zig zag finishing technique on seams and top stitching lace edging to legs. This is the hardest class for them and each student is given a paper pattern made to their measurements.

Learn to weave on a 15" Cricket Rigid Hedle Loom. Students will learn how to warp the loom and create two cotton spa cloths in a variety of weaves.

Visit our Studio in Beautiful Downtown Seguin for late-night crafting each Third Thursday of the Month. Each shop has various activities, including snacks, sales and more.

We have the honor of vending at the Houston Fiber Fest this weekend and are closing early to hit the road. We WILL BE OPEN regular hours Thursday - Saturday and don't forget THIRD THURSDAY - we're open late. Thanks for understanding

If you're an experienced or novice weaver, come hang out with us each Thursday for our CRICKET CLUB. You don't really even need to own a Cricket loom - any weaving tool is fine! In fact, bring your knitting or crocheting if you want!

Bring your hooks and needles and join us each quarter for a YARN TASTING. You'll sample usable bits of 4 to 5 yarns, enjoy free patterns, and door prizes along with enjoying the company of other yarnies. Your paid registration reserves your spot at the Event. You're welcome to bring snacks. :-P
