Quarterly Yarn Tasting

Cost: $ 15

Bring your hooks and needles and join us each quarter for a YARN TASTING. You'll sample usable bits of 4 to 5 yarns, enjoy free patterns, and door prizes along with enjoying the company of other yarnies. Your paid registration reserves your spot at the Event. You're welcome to bring snacks. :-P

Summer Camp - Young Crafters

Cost: $ 185

Kids 6 to 8 are invited to the 2019 Summer Camp at You're So Crafty. Each morning will feature 2 to 4 projects in a variety of media. Projects will include pottery, clay, glass, canvas, mixed media, mosaics and more, along with Art Journaling. Due to limited space and kit & supplies costs, cancellations will only be refunded if made at least 24 hours before the first day of camp. No refunds after Camp Week starts.

3rd Thursday - Open til 8!

Visit our Studio in Beautiful Downtown Seguin for late-night crafting each Third Thursday of the Month. Each shop has various activities, including snacks, sales and more.

Needle Felt a Pumpkin Patch

Cost: $ 35

Back by Popular Demand! Create your very own pumpkin patch just in time for Fall! Learn the basics of needle felting and soft sculpting to craft a wonderful Fall pumpkin from wool roving (fleece). Discover how to customer your color with simple blending of fibers. Needle felting is relaxing, creative and addictive.

We are now offering a monthly workshop just for kids ages 7 - 12. Join the fun on the 3rd Saturday of each month for a new project. Projects will vary and explore all art mediums from clay, painting, weaving, mixed media and more.

Cost: $ 25.00
Learn to make unique, one of a kind baskets out of fiber. Students will learn Native American techniques to create a modern piece of functional art. Bring your favorite yarns and fabrics for design and a size H or J crochet hook, which can also be purchased from the studio.

5 days (15 hours) of exploring art. Teen Week 3 will focus on exploring MIXED MEDIA Resin projects, collage, art journaling and more. 5 days (15 hours) of exploring art. Kids 9 to 11 are invited to the 2019 Summer Camp at You're So Crafty. Each afternoon will feature 2 to 4 projects in a variety of media. Projects will include pottery, clay, glass, canvas, mixed media, mosaics and more, along with Art Journaling.

First class is for student to become familiar with the sewing machine. Swatches are distributed for the students to learn sewing straight, using zig zag stitch, reverse stitching and keeping seams even. Then precut project materials are distributed for a calico squares pillow with top stitched rick rack and short course on hand stitching to close out pillow. Button is applied to pillow to help show the student how a button is sewn by hand. 2nd class is a patterned pillowcase with complimentary edging sewn with french seams. Students will use small iron to press seams. Ironing pad used to cover table. 3rd class is pajama capris with elastic waist and lace leg edgings which teaches pattern layout, cutting, measuring, inserting elastic, zig zag finishing technique on seams and top stitching lace edging to legs. This is the hardest class for them and each student is given a paper pattern made to their measurements. Due to limited space and kit & supplies costs, cancellations will only be refunded if made at least 24 hours before the first day of camp. No refunds after Camp Week starts.

Do you want to do more with your rigid heddle loom and don?t know where to start? We are now offering a next step from the basic 101. We will explore several weaving techniques that will take your projects to that next level. This a ?sampler? class to learn and practice some very interesting variations. You will learn some multi-shuttle, finger manipulated and pick up stick methods. You will come with your loom prewarped with the kit available at the store and the rest of the supplies will be provided during class.

If you're an experienced or novice weaver, come hang out with us each Thursday for our CRICKET CLUB. You don't really even need to own a Cricket loom - any weaving tool is fine! In fact, bring your knitting or crocheting if you want!

Join us in #DowntownSeguin every Monday night from 6 to 8 p.m. to stitch the night away. Crocheters and Knitters of all skills are invited! FREE! Bring a snack and/or beverage and your hooks, needles and WIPs.
